Spam Worries

From a recent SPAMIS email complaining about Ballmer's plans to kill Google:

[SPAMIS NOTIFICATION]:
Fully "READY" to Begin Increasing Public Service Announcement Emails to 20 Times the Amount of Internet Users by 25 Times the Current Sending Rate & Speed When a Certain Activity Transpires.
[CURRENTLY IN WAITING FOR THIS ACTIVITY TO TRANSPIRE]

While I am not entirely sure how to parse that sentence, it is clear that it means more spam. Yay.
