Cambridge is Beautiful in September

There is something about Cambridge in early September that makes me happy. It might have been the subway ride on the Red Line, or walking through Johnson Gate and the Yard, or the fact that my Early Housing is exactly two floors below my actual room (this will make moving next week incredibly easy) or even the fact that the local postman remembers who I am ("You're still living in Dunster, right? Hope the food's better in that new kitchen!").

It is probably a combination of all of these things, along with the fact that if I wanted, I could go lay outside in the grass and do absolutely nothing for the rest of the day. Harvard is a ridiculously fun place to be when you do not have any work (my status is more accurately that I can procrastinate for a bit if I want to), which is far too rare of an occurrence.
